Meet Phil & Larry Fudge Phil and Larry have been a professional REALTORS® since 1984 and 1989, specializing in the sales and marketing of single family residential properties, condominiums, town homes and vacant land on the Island of Kauai, including Poipu, Kapaa, Hanalei, Princeville, Lihue, Koloa, Kalaheo and Kilauea. Before beginning successful careers as professional Realtors, Phil and Larry worked for more than 18 years in Hotel and Condominium Management in Hawaii. During tenure in this field, they honed important skills in communication, customer service, sound business practice, negotiation and attention to detail, all of which are vital to the success of their real estate clients today. Memberships Phil and Larry are members of the Kauai Board of REALTORS®, where they take an active role in shaping the future of local Real Estate. Phil is President Elect of the Kauai Board of Realtors for the year 2007. At the local level, Phil is a board member of the Multiple Listing Service and Larry is on the Ethics Committee. In addition, they are members of the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate. Outside of Real Estate, they are members of the Kapaa Business Association in which Phil serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Phil is a member of the Rotary Club of Kapaa; the Kauai Community Federal Credit Union, Board of Directors; Board of Directors of the Kauai Business Council; a member of Mayor's Tax Review Task Force, active on the Lydgate Park Committee and a member of Kauai Chamber of Commerce. Larry is a member and past president of the Kapaa Lion’s Club. Personal Information Brothers Phil and Larry have been residents of Kauai for more than 26 years, and Honolulu prior to 1980. Both are graduates of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. They credit their education and work in the travel industry for the success of their Real Estate careers. As active volunteers within the community, Phil and Larry dedicate their efforts to several youth projects including Kids Voting, the Kamalani Playground, Coastal Bicycle Trail and a Business Directory project with Kapaa Elementary School. Because of their participation in these and many other community activities, they has an acute awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area. They know the schools, the neighborhoods, the services and the benefits available and are a valuable information resource both for those new to the area as well as to those who are simply changing neighborhoods.
